Our restaurant is certified to handle meat for raw consumption, and you can enjoy dishes made with raw meat from Tajima Ota beef raised in Hyogo Prefecture. In addition to the classic sauce yukke, we offer a variety of original raw meat dishes with different seasonings. For the yukke, we use Juho eggs from Tochigi, which are rich in flavor and have a strong sweetness.

We handle fresh offal directly sourced from Shiga Prefecture, the producer of Omi beef, including black tongue and skirt Other, which are considered one of the three major types of wagyu beef.
