これは渋いお店ですねぇ～
まさに“いぶし銀”って感じです。
屋号も『九品仏さとう』とシンプル。
その名通り、九品仏に新しく出来たお店。
九品仏商店会に軒を並べています。
と言っても、環八のスグ手前辺りで…
場所も“いぶし銀”にピッタリ！
↑どんな場所だ(←想像力MAXで)ｗ
いや、でも、本当に渋い！
間違いないお店だと直感する。
真っ当な和食を食べさせてくれる…
誰しもがそう想像するような小料理屋。
この雰囲気だとランチも2,000円ぐらいする？
いやいや、ほとんどのランチメニューが1,000円。
あり得ない安さだ！と感じるのは私だけでしょうか？
場所云々ではなく、この内容のランチだけに驚きました。
提供されるものすべて、手の込んだお料理ばかり。
小鉢からメインまで一切手抜きなしといったところ。
ゴーヤーを使った小鉢など、変わり種もあり…
いぶりがっこのクリームチーズ和えが付いてたり…
食道楽も吞兵衛も満足させる面白い内容。
で、この日のメインは“冷や汁”と“焼き魚”で…
北から南まで日本列島を網羅している。
沖縄のゴーヤーに秋田のいぶりがっこと…
小鉢だけでもこのふり幅の大きさｗ
でもって、宮崎名物“冷や汁”ですからね。
もうすでにご常連を掴んでいるようですが…
それも当然の結果と言える、素敵なお店でした♪
