『.28 ventotto』さんへ初ディナー訪問。
暖かくなってきたのでオシャレなテラス席に通していただきました。
こちらのお店、ワンちゃん大歓迎のようで室内にもテラスにもワンちゃん連れのお客さんがいらっしゃいました。
いただいたのは
生ハムとアボカドのキヌアサラダ
ドレッシングがとても美味しくお野菜もシャキシャキ。
自家製グアンチャーレのアマトリチャーナ
とトリュフオイルのカルボナーラ
カルボナーラはフェットチーネの用意でしたがスパゲティーニでお願いできないか相談したところ快く対応していただきました。
アルデンテ、塩加減、辛味、全てが絶妙にマッチしていて美味しすぎました。
ワインもグラスで600円からあったり、ボトルっ10000円のものもあったり色々楽しめそうで、また利用したくなりました！
