今回グルメ体験してきたのは、東急大井町線の尾山台駅より徒歩6分ほどの場所にある「.28ventotto（ヴェントット）」。旬の野菜や魚介をふんだんに使用したパスタや、季節で楽しめるジビエ料理など、素材にこだわり手間ひまかけた料理を堪能ペできます。ペットは店内・テラスへの同伴が可能となっています。
お店は環状8号線に面していて、専用駐車場はないので近くのコインパーキングに車を停めます。訪問時の営業時間はランチタイムは11:30〜14:30、ディナータイムは17:00〜22:00です。18時に伺いましたが、金曜にも関わらず先客はおらず途中まで貸切状態でした。
店内はカウンター席がメインでテーブル席は4人掛けと2人掛けが1卓ずつあり、ドライフラワーが至る所に飾られていてオーナーのセンスを感じます。テラス席も結構広く開放的な感じなので、快適な季節のときにはテラス席でも違った食事の楽しみ方を堪能できそうです。
メニューは、パスタがメインのようで訪問時は10種類ありました。パスタ以外にも冷菜、温菜、メイン、軽いおつまみ、自家製パンなどがあります。ペット用メニューも用意されていて訪問時は6種類ありました。中でもオランダ産オーガニックヤギミルクはHACCPのオーガニック認定を受けているようです。
注文したソフトドリンクは「キノット」（税別70円）、「リモナータ」（税別700円）、共にサンペッグリーノイタリアンスパークリングジュースです。キノットは柑橘類の果物を素にしているため、少し柑橘系の苦味がありフレッシュな味わいです。リモナータは爽やかで酸味があり、甘さとシトラスの風味が調和しています。
アルコールは「BirraForst（イタリアン瓶ビール）」（税別820円）と「ZabuNeroグラス赤」（税別650円）を注文。飲んでいないので味は不明です。
前菜は「シェフのこだわりチーズ4種盛り合わせ」（税別880円）。ブルーチーズ、ミモレット、パルメザン、ペコリーノ・ロマーノ（？）の4種類のチーズに干しぶどうが添えられています。特にミモレットはおすすめで、まろやかで濃厚なコクがあり、ナッツのような風味や少し甘みが感じられます。
1つ目のパスタは「自家製セミドライピーチと生ハムブッラータチーズの冷製カッペリーニ」（税別2,100円）。カッペリーニは軽い食感と相まって冷たく爽やかで、セミドライピーチの甘さ、生ハムの塩味、ブッラータチーズのクリーミーな風味が交差し、バランスの取れた絶妙な味わいです。
2つ目のパスタは「トリュフオイルのカルボナーラ」（税別2,080円）。伝統的なカルボナーラにトリュフオイルを加えたバリエーションであり、トリュフの風味がクリーミーなソースとパスタに溶け込み、濃厚で深い味わいを演出しています。トリュフオイルの香りは、料理の出来上がりに豪華な印象を与えています。
最後のメニューは「ゴルゴンゾーラソースの三元豚肩赤ワイン煮」（税別2,150円）。ゴルゴンゾーラソースの濃厚なブルーチーズ風味と、赤ワイン煮の深いコクが、三元豚肩のジューシーで柔らかな肉と絶妙に調和します。ブルーチーズの風味は豚肉のコクを引き立て、赤ワインのニュアンスが料理に深みを加えています。
ごちそうさまでした。現金、クレジットカードに加えてPayPayでの支払いが可能でした。
卓上には「ワンちゃんをお連れのお客様へのお願いです。」と題した注意書きが置いてあります。当たり前のことしか書かれていませんが、きちんとルールを守って他のお客様に迷惑がかからないように注意しながらペットとの貴重なひとときを楽ししんでください。
