プリンの見た目は黄色寄りでやや暗めの黄緑色で、抹茶の香りと苦みがしっかりする。
甘さ控えめなので、見た目の色以上に抹茶の風味が強い。
抹茶のスイーツは甘さ控えめの方が嬉しい派の私でも、セットの黒蜜をかけて食べたくなるほど甘さ控えめで抹茶の香りや苦みがしっかりしている。

プリンは生クリームみたいに滑らかでむっちり。
生クリームをギュッと豆腐のように固めた感じ。
こんなに滑らかなプリンは久々かも。
口の中の水分を一気に持っていかれる。
