美味しくてコスパの良い町中華
土曜日の15時頃にお邪魔しました。ランチの時間はとっくに過ぎているのに店内は7割程度お客さんで埋まっていました。厨房では男性が1人で調理をしていてホールは女性1人で接客をしていました。

○牡蠣と長葱のピリ辛炒め

■感想
この日は週替わりメニューの中から牡蠣と長葱のピリ辛炒めを選択。定食は2回までおかわりが無料で出来ます。メインの他にスープ、ご飯、冷奴、漬物、杏仁豆腐が付きます。スープはコーンスープのような味です。杏仁豆腐はゼリーのようなあっさりタイプ。メインの炒め物には牡蠣がかなりの量が入っていてネギの味の染み加減も最高です。喉に来る辛さがやみつきになる一品でした。週替わりメニューなので次あるかどうかは分かりませんが、またあれば食べたいと思うメニューでした。
それにしても1人で調理されているのに提供スピードの速さに驚かされました。すごいです。

■感想
油そば初めて注文しました。注文してから15分程で提供されました。いつもより少し提供遅めです。麺の上にはたっぷりの具材。内容はもやし、青菜、ネギ、ひき肉、味たまです。ひき肉は一見辛そうに見えましたが全くそんなことありませんでした。味たまはしっかり味が染みていてとても美味しかったです。味も濃いめかなと思ったのですが、油そばなだけあって油もしっかり感じたのでそこまで味を濃くは感じませんでした。具材がたっぷりで最後少し余ったのでライスを頼もうか迷いましたがかなりおなかいっぱいだったのでこの日はやめておきました。ただ絶対お米と食べたら美味しいと思います。
