The "Today's Recommendation" menu changes every day according to the seasonal ingredients procured locally, so you can always enjoy the freshest menu. ◆Location 2 minutes walk from Shimomaruko Station. ◆Opening hours [Weekdays, Saturdays and holidays] [Lunch] 11:00-13:00 [Dinner] 17:00-23:00 (LO 22:00) *Although Tabelog, it is actually open for lunch as well. ◆Closed Sundays ◆Crowding situation I visited on a weekday lunchtime. Usually you can get in right away. ◆Today I ordered the [Natural Grouper Sashimi + Croquette Set Meal] (¥2000). My eye was caught by the words [Natural Grouper] that were used as an entire signboard, so I came here. Grouper is in season from the cold of midwinter to early summer. Grouper is a high-class fish, but it cannot be served as sashimi unless it is fresh. A large grouper on a large, beautiful plate like ice. When I put it in my mouth, I could fully taste the moistness and sweetness of the white meat. It is almost like a "mythical luxury fish", and even if other sashimi were mixed in, this fish would not be mixed in. Since it was a set meal, I was also given a hot meat and potato Croquette, miso soup, rice, and pickles. The bowl for the meat and Croquette had a ridge for pouring sauce, and I could feel the visual aesthetic through the attention to tableware.
