After graduating from university, our proud manager got a job at Thai Airways International and worked as a flight attendant in Thailand for many years. After returning to Japan, I turned to the food and beverage industry, and after gaining experience at Restaurants in Yokohama, I launched [La Carne] with the chef. ``We want to be a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant like no other,'' says the restaurant, which is modern and also sells wine. While managing the store as the owner, I am also in charge of customer service myself. You will definitely be fascinated by Manager Mitsuoka's human skills that are on par with the ingredients.
