どの料理も日本国内のこだわりの食材を使っている。提供時に、必ずスタッフさんが教えてくれる。見たことのない食材を掛け合わせているから、食べたことのない味になって面白いし、ちゃんと美味しい。食べてて感動がある。
カボチャのクレマ、面白かったな。甘いカボチャのペーストにバルサミコ酢を少しかけて食べたのだけど不思議とマッチ。
鹿肉と黒キャベツのパスタは、私には少し塩辛い。
パネトーネは、ふんわりしっとりうるおいもちもちちでとっても美味しい。

旦那の誕生日祝いに予約したのですが、胃腸炎でお互いダウン。(翌日なら回復するかも)という気持ちで当日を迎えたが調子戻らず。
多忙のようで電話がつながらなかったため、予約時間になり店に着いたときに、量を減らして提供してもらえるかと相談。本当に申し訳なかったのですが、半分に減らしていただけました。その上、「このまま半量で提供して問題ないか」とコースの途中で確認してくれて、すごく親切に感じました。
スタッフさんたちの丁寧な料理説明、ご対応、気配りがほんとに良かったです。退店時オーナーさん?シェフの方がキッチンから出て見送りに来てくれたので、お詫びした上で「次は絶対万全な状態ですべて美味しくいただきます」と伝えたら笑顔で「今日でた量の5倍はあります!」と答えてくれました。気持ちのいい人だなーーー。
絶対再訪したいし、するお店です。次は絶対ワインを飲む。
ちなみに留意点メモ、
前日の23時くらいに「デザートプレートに簡単なメッセージを書けますが」と電話。結構遅めの時間なので、早寝の人は応えられないかも。
あとお皿がどれもかわいい。
