ChefProducts created by Atsushi Fukuda, a chef who trained at many famous restaurants.
Born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1982. As a child, he was delighted when people said the food he made was delicious, and ever since then, he has dreamed of becoming a chef. He once tried a different profession, but was unable to give up on his dream, so at the age of 21, he decided to pursue a career in cooking. After honing his skills at Nangoku Shuka, Yokohama Grand Intercontinental Hotel, Cantonese Meisai Akasaka Rikyu, and ANA Tokyo Hotel, he went independent in 2016. He currently owns multiple restaurant, and serves wholesome Cantonese cuisine incorporating seasonal ingredients.

We offer a menu based on Cantonese cuisine, woven with seasonal Japanese ingredients. The highlight is the ``braised shark fin in hot water soup,'' which is slowly simmered with high-quality ingredients such as Kinka ham. This is a highly recommended dish with a rich flavor that permeates through your body. At our restaurant, each plate is enough for two people, and each plate is individually plated depending on the number of people. If three people come, the amount and price will be 1.5 times as much. Of course, you can adjust the amount, but in order to fully enjoy this luxurious dish, please limit it to the number of people.
