実家の近くに美味しい中華ができたと聞いたので、足を運びました。楽しみにしていたけれど、噂通りの味とサービス！
グランドメニューはすごく沢山ある訳ではないのですが、その分本日のお薦めのメニューが豊富。黒板２枚分！なので、毎週でも行ける。お酒のメニューも紹興酒はもちろん、白酒や黄酒もたくさん。
アミューズで焼売。とびこと海老の焼売、香港で良く食べたなあ。味がついてるから醤油など付けないで、というのも本場らしくて好きです！
よだれどりは、温かいナスが入っていたのがここのアレンジなのかな？これが美味しくて、ソースの麻辣の加減でこのお店が間違いないと分かりました。
他に気に入ったのはトンポーローと、広東風ダック。
広東風ダックは自分で巻き巻きして食べます。皮だけじゃなくてお肉付きなのが特徴らしい。皮がモチモチしていてとてもおいしかった。
トンポーローもソースもだし付け添えのマッシュドポテト、またお肉自体もホロホロに柔らかく満足。
少し大きめなのでこのお料理だと2人で一個でも良いかも。
サービスもテキパキしていて、お皿も毎回変えて頂けるし、おしぼりも数回変えてくれる。
いて居心地のいいお店でした。
これ目当てに実家に頻繁に帰るかもしれない、、、。
