【メニュー】
「じゃこ山椒のオムライスランチ(990円)」
ランチメニューは全4種類。
どれも身体に優しそうなメニューばかりであったが、今回はその中からオムライスを注文。
なんとも珍しいじゃこ山椒を使った和風オムライスで、ソースも鮮やかな緑色の自家製枝豆ソースと、身体に優しそうなオムライスである。
まずその枝豆ソースは粒の皮の感じが残った粘度高めのもの。
優しい味わいながら、ほんのりと甘みを感じる。
オムレツは半熟のトロトロのもので、厚さはやや薄め。
そしてライスは雑穀米を使ったやや固めの仕上がりのバターライスで、たっぷりのじゃこ山椒が入っている。
程よい塩気と後から軽めに山椒の刺激が来る。
山椒がそこまで得意ではない方でも食べられそうな優しめの刺激である。
このじゃこの塩気と枝豆ソースの甘味が相性抜群で、どんどん食べ進められる。
またトッピングされた自家製のピクルスも甘めのものでとても美味しい。
やはりお酢にこだわっているのがよく分かる。
そしてこれに加えて赤出汁、黒胡麻豆腐がついてくる。
この黒胡麻豆腐は塩で食べても非常に美味しい。
オムライスに加えて味噌汁、小鉢もついた、非常に身体に優しいランチであった。
【まとめ】
下北沢駅から徒歩3分ほどのところにある、身体に優しい自然派ランチがいただけるmarusan&waccaさん。
土日の開店直後の12:00お伺いし、1番目の入店であった。
食事の他にもお酢を使ったドリンクがたくさんあるようで、夜はお酢ドリンクとおつまみで女子会なんかにも使えそうな感じであった。
店内はカフェのような造りになっていて、とても居心地の良い雰囲気であった。
また、各席の間にはアクリル板が立てられており、感染対策もしっかりとされていた。
