野菜本来の風味を活かした調理をされていて、絶品でした。

★一汁三菜ランチ 900円
この日の主菜は若鳥と根菜の豆乳煮。
出汁と醤油で似たものではなく豆乳を使っているところが新鮮。
おうちで真似していいですか？
お豆腐は手作りなのかな？
緑豆か何かが練り込まれているのですが、ジーマミー豆腐のような粘りでこちらも絶品。
副菜の茄子ときゅうりのお浸しも切干大根も、お醤油控えめで素材の味と食感をビンビンに感じます。
これが1000円以下で頂けるとは、幸せです。
★秋刀魚と梅肉のスパイシーカレー (カレーフェス期間メニュー) 1100円
何これぇ、すごい美味しい〜( ﾟдﾟ)
梅の味はしないのですが、明らかに味に深みが増している感じ。
今度「こくまろ中辛」に梅を入れてみよう。メモメモ。
いつも食べれないとなると、勿体無さすぎ。才能の無駄。
大食いのミー的には満腹にはならなかったのですが、それを上回る満足度なのでした。
