一汁三菜ランチ ピリ辛そぼろと根菜の豆乳煮
（煮物、副菜2品、漬物、赤出汁、雑穀米）
和食の基本、一汁三菜で体内リセットできるランチです。
お店は3階なので分かりづらいですが、店内は革ソファー席のアットホームな素敵インテリア。
ゆっくり和食をいただきたいときにおススメです。
一汁三菜ランチ
本日のおかずは「ピリ辛そぼろと根菜の豆乳煮」です。
豚挽肉を坦々風ピリ辛味噌で炒め、柔らかく煮た大根、蓮根、牛蒡、人参と一緒に。
水菜、白髪葱、糸唐辛子が添えられています。
豆乳スープだけでも美味しいのですが、肉味噌を溶かすとマイルドなピリ辛味に。
濃すぎず、ご飯が進むお味です。美味しい！
蓮根や牛蒡は食感を残しており、シャキッとして食べ応えも抜群です。
赤出汁のお味噌汁はすっきりとした味わい。
刻んだ茗荷が効いていました。
お豆腐がもったりババロアのような食感でモチモチしてて美味しい。お好みで醤油やお塩でいただきます。
茄子とオクラの副菜は梅風味で酸っぱ美味しい。
とろっとした茄子にしっかり出汁が染み込んでいます。
食物繊維たっぷりのヘルシーランチ。
