This shop is located underground and only a small signboard can be seen from the outside. It has a wonderful hideaway-like atmosphere. When I entered the store, I was pleasantly welcomed by the person in charge of serving the food. The interior of the store is bright and the stylish BGM that plays in the bar echoes quietly. There are only about 7 seats, but it's spacious and doesn't feel cramped at all. Mr. Itamae seemed a little clumsy and quiet, but I didn't feel any discomfort. I didn't feel any particular enjoyment. For the a la carte dish, we enjoyed Shirako ponzu sauce, three kinds of sashimi, Nodoguro, Uni roe, and Red horse mackerel. Nigiri squid, green oyster, tuna, yellowtail, mackerel, clams, prawns, conger eel, conger eel, and sea urchin. The dish was finished off with red soup stock and egg, and was quite filling. The taste was also very good. For foreign tourists, there are instruction manuals with pictures explaining the fish, and the consideration given to them shines through. I was impressed with the atmosphere and service of the store. However, there seemed to be a difference among the staff regarding whether or not to keep customers' jackets. I was a little concerned about this, but overall I had a good impression. I don't plan on visiting again.
