ツレと二人で、ランチに訪問。
野菜中心のプレートに
ひとつ350円のお肉を二種類追加したものと
牛肉のカルパッチョのプレートをオーダー。
まずは、人参のポタージュ。
人参感は少ない気がする。
薄味、または優しい味。
と思ったけど、じわじわ美味しくなってきた。
野菜中心のプレートは、当たり前だけど
野菜が多くて、あまりおなかは膨れません。
お肉を二種類追加は妥当だとおもいます。
追加したパテもムースも美味しかったです。特にムースは、パンに塗って頂くと美味しさが引き立ちます。
バテも、パンにのせて一緒に頬張るとなかなかいけます。
牛肉のカルパッチョは、
カルパッチョ自体はなかなか美味しいのですが
お知りの半分がカルパッチョだったので少々飽きてしまいます。
できれば、お肉をもう少し減らして
お総菜今回は、
麻婆なす定食と
水餃子
を頂きました。
麻婆なすは
四川風とかと比べればずいぶんマイルドな味です。
辛いだけでなく、少し酸味が感じられます。
レンゲですくって
ご飯にかけて、丼のようにしていただきます。
程良い辛さでご飯に合います。
今回も美味しく頂きました。
