Since our establishment in 1971, our yakitori is marinated in the same sauce we've never run out of and grilled slowly.It has a sure-fire flavor that has been loved by the locals for many years. We also offer a limited quantity of rare [white liver] from the Amakusa Daio chicken, which once went extinct in the early Showa era! Amakusa Daio chicken is super limited and arrives every Wednesday! Please enjoy the taste of “phantom local chicken”. The ``salt'' is high-grade rock salt from Pakistan, and the ``miso'' is handmade every year. In addition to yakitori, there is a wide variety of dishes that shine with the careful attention to detail given to each seasoning.

We always have 12 to 13 types of sake available! Since our supplier is a liquor store that is famous all over the country, we are confident in our selection of quality sake! Approximately 4 types of shochu are replaced every 1 to 2 weeks, so you can enjoy a fresh lineup even when you visit ♪ There are always more than 10 types of shochu! The manager has a draft beer qualification, so the draft beer poured from a server that is cleaned and maintained every day is delicious ☆ In addition, the homemade plum wine is very popular with women ☆ We also have a taste that we are proud of, so please give it a try ♪
