美味いワインを出しそうなソムリエさんと、
美味いワインに合う料理を出しそうなシェフのお店
フランスに行った事無いけど、
街のビストロはこんな感じなのかな〜と思わせてくれる雰囲気のお店。
前菜の盛り合わせも、タラの白子グラタンも最高に美味かったけど、
今日の優勝はカスレ。
フランスの煮込み料理で、
鴨のコンフィとソーセージ、豆をトマトベースで煮込んで、グラタン風にチーズをかけた料理。
まさにワイン泥棒の一品。
このメニューで一本は空いたな。
