パリの大衆カフェ
店主のパリへの想いが伝わる拘りのパリ風インテリアと料理！
訪問回数？もう何回来たか覚えてません‥恐らくこちらの店の料理で食べた事のないメニューはありませんが、どれも非常に手間をかけて仕込みをされている事がよく分かる、非常に美味しいお料理ばかりです。
スモーク鯖なんて風変わりなメニューがありますが、適度なスモーク感と適度にかけられた岩塩のコクがなんとも言えない調和を生み出しており、生臭さは一切ありません。
肉料理も、あのラム肉でさえ下ごしらえがしっかりとされており、嫌な臭みが全くない。
雑な仕事をしていたら絶対に作れない味です。
こうした料理がこの値段で頂けるのは非常にありがたい。
下北沢には他にも高評価のビストロレストランがありますが、世界で色々な料理を舌鼓してきた私個人としては一番オススメのお店です。

About 4 minutes walk from the southwest exit of Shimokitazawa Station on the Odakyu Line/Keio Inokashira Line. After exiting the southwest exit ticket gate, turn left, continue straight for about 50m and turn right at the corner where you will see Mister Donuts on your right. Go down the south exit shopping street for about 80m and when you reach a three-way intersection, you will see Gyoza no Ohsho on your right. Bistro cafe is modeled after a Middle Eastern Arab immigrant Restaurants in Paris. We visited on 23/12/2 for lunch. The restaurant was almost full. It's hard to imagine what it would be like to be Arab, but they serve mostly Ethnic Cuisine dishes with spices such as beans, lamb, and chicken, and cumin, coriander, paprika, nutmeg, and cardamom. Today's lunch menu is the Arab Plate (1200 yen), Couscous (1300 yen), and Moussaka (1300 yen). All come with salad. This time I chose Couscous and my wife chose Moussaka. The Couscous comes with a big piece of chicken thigh on top. We eat it with soup full of vegetables. If you look at the picture of the soup, you might expect it to taste like a European consommé or onion, but this is definitely Ethnic Cuisine. The exquisite blend of spices creates a taste that is hard to make on your own. It's delicious. It contains a lot of vegetables, so it's good for your body. It also comes with a large chicken thigh, so 1,300 yen is a great deal. My wife chose moussaka. Moussaka is Greek Cuisine that is characterized by layering and baking bechamel sauce, meat sauce, and vegetables such as eggplant and potatoes. It is a gratin-like dish made by baking cheese on top of a sauce made with plenty of eggplant and minced chicken. It is eaten between homemade vita bread. This was also delicious, which exceeded my expectations in a good way. On cold days when you feel like you are getting cold to the core, go to cafe de sept to warm yourself up.
