Grilled offal is our signature menu item. The meat we use is purchased every morning, so we pride ourselves on its freshness. You can choose the seasoning from salt, sauce, or miso depending on the part, but especially the secret sauce that has been passed down since the company's founding in 1958 is sure to be addictive once you try it.It's a little sweet and goes well with alcohol.
