鯖好きさんにはたまらんくらい種類豊富な鯖を使った定食が楽しめるお店。
下北SABA食堂佐助さんへ。
下北沢にあるお昼から飲める素敵すぎるお店。
今回はこちらのお魚を使ったランチを求めて。
いやほんとこんなに種類あるん！！？ってくらい豊富な鯖を使った定食がずらり。
鯖の種類だけじゃなく、文化干しやみりん干し、西京焼きに照り焼きと調理法まで盛りだくさん。
そしてそして鯖だけじゃなくサーモンハラスや月替わりの違うお魚を使った定食も◎
はたまたハンバーグや牛ハラミを使ったお肉メインな定食もあり。
せっかくなので鯖の定食の中から。
高級！って言葉に惹かれて。
極上さばいしる開き定食を。
この鯖がほんとめちゃくちゃ美味しかった！
どんと迫力満点な大きさ。
皮はパリッと香ばしく、身はふっくら柔らか。
肉厚な身は、脂もめちゃくちゃのっててジューシーで甘い！
鯖から作る魚醤「いしる」を使ってるってってこともあり
塩焼きとも西京焼きとも違う、
絶妙な、塩加減と甘味。
しっかりめの味付けやからご飯が進む進む。
身はぎゅっと引き締まりつつ、脂はしっかりのってるこの感じ、たまらん。
大根おろしがたっぷりついてるのも嬉しいポイント。
鯖の美味しさを改めて実感。
お久しぶりにこんなに鯖を満喫したなぁ。
他の鯖定食も是非とも食べてみたいし
