Food Nagasaki Tsushima chicken with Tosa Bincho charcoal
The chicken we handle is purchased whole chicken directly from the "Nagasaki Tsushima Jidori" producers, so we offer a variety of parts. There are also rare parts. There are only a few stores that carry this chicken, and it is used in high-end restaurants such as French cuisine and Chinese restaurants, and is not produced in large numbers. Choose from either selection course or a la carte.

There are about 20 types of shochu, mainly sweet potato and barley, but also rice and awamori. We will make the shochu stronger than usual, so please enjoy the full flavor of the shochu. There are about 25 to 30 types of wine by the bottle. We mainly purchase Burgundy wine from France and California wine from the United States. There are 7 to 8 types of domestic craft beer. We carefully select what goes well with Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), including craft beer from Kyushu, where the owner is from.

The modern, stylish interior of the store has a mature atmosphere that is rare in Shimokitazawa. We have 11 seats at a single board counter that surrounds the grill area in a U-shape, and 1 table for 4 people, perfect for groups. Although it's Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) for adults, it's not too formal and has a casual feel, so you can enjoy your meal while still having a classy feel. We look forward to your visit.
