全体的に味が薄めだけど、素材の味がちゃんとあります。味が濃くしたかったら卓上調味料でお好みって感じがいいと思います。レバーがめちゃくちゃ綺麗で鮮度も良く苦味もなく甘味を感じたのでオススメです。
京王線のNO1焼肉。
牛も素晴らしいが豚も鳥もうまい！
