It's a city with no competition to begin with, but it stands out. There's a good store called Fatty's in Hamadayama, but I'm originally from this store in Eifuku-cho. Only the counter can be seen from the outside, but there are two tables separated incognito in the back. The crispy skin of the smoked salmon is the best. I want to drink sake, but this place is Italian Cuisine. Roasted duck is paired with a berry-based sweet and sour sauce, which goes well with wine. Fettuccine combines the subtle sweetness of fava beans and the saltiness of raw bacon with a rich cream sauce. This is also delicious. The prices are reasonable, and if we open a store in the city center, it's likely to become a very popular store. Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Ichi on the second floor has the same owner, so both are good.
