西永福の井の頭通り沿いにある
「香港料理 蘭」さんへ。
浜田山にも、虎ヒルにもあって、
勝手にご縁を感じますが、こちらが本店です。
カジュアルな雰囲気の中、コスパよく
本格的な香港料理をいただけます。
まずは、生ビールで1週間、お疲れサマの乾杯。
お腹が空いていたので、一気に注文。
頼んだものが、定番過ぎたかもw
☆焼き餃子
ぷっくり、もっちりした皮、
肉汁たっぷりで、おいしいw
ビールのお供はやはりこれ。
☆イカ湯引きネギソースがけ
（正式な名前は覚えておらず汗）
湯引きしたイカを、キクラゲと
細切りにしたネギ、生姜、赤ピーマンと
黒酢で和えた全体的にサッパリいただける一品。
これは初めてのイカ料理かも。
☆麻婆豆腐
マイルドで食べやすい麻婆豆腐。
四川風ほど辛味は強くなく、
後味でピリっと感じるくらい。
香港料理って、ベースが広東料理だから、
日本人の口に合いますね。
白いご飯にかけて食べたくなります。
☆五目チャーハン
全体的にやさしい味付け。
強火で炒めたパラパラ感、
海老のプリプリ感、
八角の効いたチャーシューの旨みが
合わさって本格的で美味しい。
終盤に、麻婆豆腐をかけて完食。
平日夜なので、個室の方は、
宴会で盛り上がっている様子。
新年度なので、歓送迎会とかですかね。
宴会コースも充実してるから
こちらで歓迎会とかもありかも…
そんなことを考えながら、
夜桜を愛でながら、帰宅の途につきました。
