Our vegetables are sourced directly from farmers in the Kanto area, and our seafood is sourced in season from all over Japan. The meat we use is Hitachi Beef Zabuton from our hometown of Ibaraki Prefecture, and wild game from Gifu and Miyazaki Prefectures, all of which are extremely fresh.
