西友のすぐ裏にあります。
テーブル席は3テーブルと
カウンター席が3席ありました。
キレイにまとまっていてオシャレな雰囲気で
地上から一つ降りた地下1Fエリアですがガラス張りになっていて居心地が良かったです！
今回はお任せディナーコース 6800円

下にはシソソース
ミョウガ、きゅうりなどで和風ソースのせ
ホワイトアスパラスープ
パンナコッタ入り
カルパッチョは柔らかくシソソースの
アクセントが激ウマです！
シャキシャキミョウガ食感も美味。

すごい相性良くて美味しい！
とろみと旨味が抜群にマッチしてます。

新玉ねぎのムース
ホタテのソテー
(黒オリーブやアンチョビを使ってあります。)
ハマグリ
つぶ貝はバジルでマリネされてます。
つぶ貝はバジル風味で香り豊か。
すごく弾力があり食べ応えあります！
新玉ねぎのムースがまたどの貝とも相性良くて
クリーミーで美味しかったです。
ハマグリは身が柔らかで優しい味。
ホタテ激ウマな味付けでした！
柔らかくてアンチョビのアクセントも良き。

青森県産 マソイのソテー
白身魚と季節のお野菜たちと
サフランとサンルーカ香りつきのスープ仕立て
キャベツにブロッコリー、ほうれん草、
そら豆やサヤエンドウ、小エビなどたっぷりの具材
ソイはすごくクセがなく柔らかくて上品なお味。
温かなスープで味も
絶妙な美味しさに仕上がっていました。

キタッラというもちもちコシのある自家製手打ち麺
麺がコシがあって美味しいので
ラーメンにしても美味しそう！と思ってしまいましたw
しっかり味付けが行き渡っていて濃いめで
私の大好きな味付けでした。

こんな可愛いカプレーゼ初めて見ました！
デザートみたいな感覚で
ブラータチーズが超絶品です！
意外といちごとの相性も良くてビックリ。

すごく味とバランスにこだわった
甘みとオイル感やご飯など
全てがバランス良くてどの順番に食べても美味しいし
ソースもまたどれにも合う様になっていて
美味しかったです。

細かく切られたフルーツとゼリーが敷き詰められていて

この値段設定はかなりコスパが良いなと
感じました。
