ジビエ料理もすごく美味しいそうなのですが、
今回は別のお肉に変えていただきました。
まずはじめには
マグロにトマト
ネギとキュウリ
茗荷をのせたカルパッチョ
とてもマッチしていて美味しいです。
ホワイトアスパラのスープもまろやかで、
柔らかな口当たり。
ハマグリ蛤は
ちょっと酸っぱい感じのお味で
私の好きな味でした。
つぶ貝は、サザエに似た味で
サザエ好きな私にとっては、嬉しいメニューです。
新玉ねぎのムース
見た目は、タマネギではないのですが
お味はタマネギ味がしっかりしていて
滑らかで美味しい。
青森産のソテー
マソイのお魚やほうれん草
さやえんどう
ブロッコリー
小エビ
キャベツ
ふきのとう
沢山の食材が入っています。
お魚は、食べた事ないお魚でしたが
とても柔らかで、美味。
他のお野菜からの出汁もあいまって
とても良いお味で
クセがなくとても食べやすいお魚でした。

ホタルイカもパスタと
他の具材と相まってとても美味しかったです。
ブラータチーズ
イチゴとトマト
そしてチーズが濃厚で
すごいコクがあってとても美味しいです。
木の芽のソース
筍ご飯のロール巻きにジャガイモとタマネギ
サツマイモにブロッコリー
木の芽のソースが、とても合っていて
美味しかったです。
ナスも美味！
ジャスミンティーのムースとバニラ。
パイナップルは乾燥パイナップルが
のっていて美味しいです。
イチゴとバラのゼリーのデザート。
アイスコーヒーも久し振りに
美味しいアイスコーヒーに出会いました。
美味かったなぁ。ご馳走様でした。
