浜田山駅から徒歩3分くらいにあるお店です。
巷で噂のこちらのお店に休日の夜に訪問させて頂きました。席数は多くなく満席だったため、予約はしていった方が良さそうです。
一通りの料理を堪能したかったため、Dinnerおまかせコース（6800円）を頂きました。
主な料理を↓に書きます。
〇アミューズ
そば粉のパンケーキと甘えびのタルタル。
パンケーキはふわふわで甘すぎずくどくないです。
〇冷前菜
燻製キハダマグロのカルパッチョ（シソのソース）
野菜がたくさん乗っていて、歯ごたえ良く美味しい～
〇温前菜
魚介のムースをつめた花ズッキーニのフリットと真鯛のソテー（トマトベース）
温前菜というかメインにしか見えない。
ソースが濃厚で絶品！残さず食べましょう。
皮が香ばしくて香りが良いです。
〇パスタ
北寄貝とたけのこの入った自家製手打ちパスタ（オイルソース）
木の芽やせりなども入っており全体的に歯ごたえがgood!
〇お口直し
カプレーゼ（ブラータチーズとフルーツトマトとマンゴーシャーベット）
デザートのようにすっきり甘く美味。
〇メイン
骨付き子羊のロースト
自分は羊はそこまで得意ではなかったのですが、こちらはクセがほとんど無く美味しかったです。
お肉はとても香ばしく、炭火で焼いたのでしょうか。
付け合わせの野菜もとても美味しいです。サツマイモ甘い。
〇デザート
アールグレイのプリンとジェラート ※カフェドリンク付き
ほどよく甘く美味しい、デザートまで隙無し。
全体的に素材やソースにかなりこだわってることが感じられ創作性がすごいです。
店員さんも料理についてしっかりと説明してくれるので、安心できます。
どの料理も美味しく、このクオリティーで6800円であればかなりコスパ良いのではないでしょうか。
