Italian Cuisine restaurant eccomi!!, where Chef Shintaro Kobayashi's originality shines, will open in January 2023 Looking at the chef's career, he started at the main branch of Ristorante Hiro and was trained at the legendary French cuisine Hortasia, where he serves classic Italian Cuisine and innovative French cuisine. Curious to see what kind of cuisine experience can create, I headed to Hamadayama.The restaurant was clean and beautiful, and there were 3 tables and 3 seats at the counter, which was very popular. The course was very skillfully prepared by the sous chef and the sous chef.I requested from the à la carte menu and was asked to assemble a course of my favorite dish.Firstly, we started with the amuse-bouche: Fried Scalloped Scallops from Nagasaki Prefecture. The juiciness of the bonito is irresistible. Combined with balsamic sauce and campagnola sauce, the luxurious and gorgeous flavor is very pleasing.And this is also juicy. Enjoy the thick, straw-grilled bonito.The most recommended dish of the day, the Renkotai from Chiba Prefecture. Thinly sliced lotus root, lotus root mousse, and red sea bream This is a novel and luxurious dish that is sautéed in layers and served with a soup full of winter melon and maitake mushrooms.Firstly, the texture and aroma of this fluffy Pancakes-like lotus steamed dish is fresh and delicious. I was very impressed by the exquisite combination of the soup with plenty of mushroom stock.It's a must-try dish when you visit eccomi.The pasta was Burrata cheese and autumn eggplant with tomato sauce - babette.I had it with an elegant tomato sauce.The main dish was Hitachi. Straw-grilled Beef Scallops with Madeira Sauce The main ingredient was well-cooked, and it was very soft, fatty, and sweet.It had a French cuisine origin, and was mixed with authentic Madeira sauce for a perfect finish.It was the second recommendation of the day.Finally.
