母のお誕生会をこちらのお店で。
井の頭線・浜田山駅から徒歩2分ほどのこじんまりとしたお店です。
お任せコース税込6800円で予約しました。

乾杯は自家製のライムチェッロのソーダ割りにしました。
爽やかな1杯です。
アミューズはとうもろこしの冷製スープ・豆腐入り・トリュフ乗せ。
モッツァレラチーズのように濃厚なお豆腐でした。
とうもろこしの優しい甘みがします。
右は稚鮎のカダイフ揚げ。ワタの苦みがアクセントですね。
７月に行ったので冷製スープがいい感じです。
冷前菜のキハダマグロのカルパッチョ。
サラダ感覚のお刺身のよう。
さっぱりとした軽いビネガー味でいただきます。
温前菜は鱧と茄子のロール・トマトソースにミョウガ・山椒乗せ
和の食材での創作イタリアンですね。
ふわっとした鱧と茄子を堪能しました。
パスタは舞茸と枝豆のペペロンチーノ・カラスミがけ。
この食材も和の食材！
パスタは生パスタでした。
口直しのカプレーゼは旬のマンゴー入り。
トマト、ジェノベーゼソース、チーズでデザートのような1品。
彩りもきれい～～
メインは鹿肉のロースト。
付け合わせは、ベビーコーン、かぶ、甘～いさつま芋、ナス、ズッキーニのソテー。
鹿肉の火入れも絶妙です。
ジビエ独特の臭みもなく、美味しかった。
デザートはEccomi!!のメロンソーダ
メロン,メロンスープ,アロエ,トニックウォーターのゼリー,ライムのグラニテ,バニラジェラート
夏らしい爽やかなデザートでした。
水物ゆえに、重くならずにお腹いっぱいでもいただけました！
事前にお願いしていたバースデープレートはお花が入ったケースの上にメッセージを書いていただき、ろうそくとこの日のデザートが乗ってます。
こちらのプレートは無料サービスになります。
ちょっとしたサプライズの演出で母に喜んでもらえました。
充実のコース内容で、1皿1皿丁寧に盛り付けも美しく、こちらのお店のファンになっちゃいました。
