Delicious charcoal Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) yakitori⭐
I visited a new restaurant that opened in my neighborhood. It was crowded and noisy because it had just opened. They serve authentic charcoal grilled Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made with Tosa Binchotan charcoal, so of course I ordered Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). I also ordered edamame. I also ordered my favorite horse sashimi. The interior of the restaurant has the atmosphere of an old folk house. There is a counter and a private room-like seat in the back where you can relax. Cheers with draft beer! Asahi Super Dry. Super Dry is my favorite beer, so I was excited~✴ And chawanmushi as an appetizer. And it was delicious! Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) are really important, aren't they? It makes me excited for the food. I ordered salt for the yakitori. The saltiness was just right! I was impressed that it could be so delicious with just salt! The aroma is unique to charcoal grilling. The meat was juicy and fluffy. It seems that they serve each type one at a time. Other than Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), the other dishes were really delicious! The stewed skin of the tripe was made with miso and was so soft that you could eat it without chewing. All the dishes were delicious! Apparently, the owner trained as Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) in Ebisu. I could feel the attention to detail in the presentation and taste of the food. The staff were also very friendly and I had a pleasant time! It's great to have such a great restaurant in my neighborhood. I'll come again. Thank you for the meal!

[3 minutes walk from Kugayama Station] ♦A Chicken Cuisine specialty restaurant that boasts authentic charcoal-grilled yakitori and Hot Pot hotpot made with carefully selected Tosa Binchotan charcoal
For our main dish, yakitori, we purchase only the amount of carefully selected chicken slaughtered that morning and prepare it carefully every day. Grilled over special Tosa Binchotan charcoal, our ya |
This is my second visit. It's been a while since it opened, but it's still busy. I wanted to have a drink after work, so I stopped in. I sat at the counter. I like the chicken breast and plum, which are just the right amount of rare. They topped it with plum and shiso. And the plum was delicious. The meatballs were thick and juicy, and when combined with the rich egg, they were mellow and perfect. Watching the chef grill Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) up close and thinking how seriously he takes his Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is truly something special. I wanted to eat Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) right away, so I forgot to take a lot of photos. It's nice that it's easy for women to enter alone. It's useful to have a restaurant where you can just drop in. It seems that you need to make a reservation by noon on the day for Hot Pot hotpot. Next time I'd like to eat the hotpot. I'll definitely come back! Thank you for the meal!
