Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) on the second floor of Opera City. They are open for lunch, so I visited during lunch time. On this day, I visited with my colleague. It's a popular lunch restaurant where there's always a line out the door, but on this day we arrived around 12:05, so we only had to wait for two groups. I was glad that I was able to get in after waiting for about 5 minutes. We were shown to a table seating four people. I looked at the menu and ordered [b: "Ginger Grilled Set Meal" (900 yen)]. [b:・Ginger Grilled Set Meal] First, I went to get the free coffee. When you enter the store, there are pots and paper cups on the left front side, so you can drink freely. However, the set meal was served within 5 minutes. In addition to ginger grilled rice, it consisted of rice, miso soup, Small dish of cold tofu, and pickles. The ginger grilled meat used loin meat for ginger grilling, and I think there were 4 pieces of it on top. It didn't feel like the meat had been grilled with ginger sauce, but rather as if the sauce had just been poured over it afterwards. Personally, I prefer something that uses smaller pieces of meat, such as pork belly, rather than a large loin like this. This type of loin meat can be difficult to bite into. There were some parts that were a little hard to bite off, but it was okay and I could eat it. It had plenty of onions and sauce, so it had a good ginger flavor (lol).The garnish included shredded cabbage and a small amount of potato salad. The rice was a normal portion, but it was enough. The miso soup contained fried tofu and sea lettuce and was quite delicious. It was also nice that it came with cold tofu. I understand that this restaurant is popular because it has a large selection of menu items and is served quickly. The food is served quickly, and in that sense, the turnover is relatively quick, so the wait isn't that long. I thought both. After the meal, I drank the first coffee I went to pick up and finished it off. I didn't seem to be able to use public transportation, so I paid with PayPay. I would like to come again if I have a chance. Thank you for the meal.
