ブイヨンか何かで下味がついた麺に温泉卵とチーズが乗っていて自分でかき混ぜて食べる。これはこれでありだが『カルボナーラ』と言い切ることで誤解する若者を生んでしまわないか？せめて『カルボナーラ風』とか。
