幡ヶ谷駅から徒歩約5分の場所にある
「麺屋 福丸」さんに行ってきました！
今回は特選鴨だし白湯ラーメンを注文。
特選鴨だし白湯ラーメンは鴨の丸鶏と
ガラを強火で炊いた鴨白湯スープに
カネジン食品さんにセミオーダー
しているという中細麺を合わせていて
トッピングには鴨チャーシュー2枚や
豚のレアチャーシュー、鳥チャーシュー
味玉、たけのこ、赤玉ねぎのみじん切り
青ねぎ、柚子皮が盛り付けられています！
鴨白湯スープは鴨の濃厚でマイルドな
旨味が味わい深く、麺は丸みのある断面で
麺肌は滑らか、抜群のパツパツとした
歯切れの良い食感で良く合っています！
チャーシュー3種類はどれもジューシーな
食感で特に鴨は旨味が濃く感じました！
メンマではなくたけのこなのが珍しく
柚子皮でさっぱり味変も良かったです！
麺量はやや少なめですが麺が好みで
美味しかったので替え玉しちゃいました！
