We offer local chicken dishes using seven types of branded chicken, mainly Miyazaki Jitokko, carefully selected by the owner. We use seven types of branded chicken that we have carefully selected: Suigo Akadori, Daisen Dori, Nichinan Dori, Hyuga Akadori, Soshu Old White Chicken, and Mio Chicken. You can enjoy using different delicious parts according to the owner's own taste. Please take your time to enjoy the deliciousness of chicken from each region.

The Binchotan charcoal we use in our shop is carefully roasted with Kishu Binchotan, which ranks as the highest grade 1st grade. By slowly and carefully grilling the meat using the far-infrared rays of charcoal, the original juicy flavor of chicken is firmly trapped inside the meat, leaving the skin with a crispy texture. You can enjoy it. Enjoy it with the scent of binchotan charcoal.
