ハナタレというと、鼻垂れを想像してしまいますが、意味は違います（笑）
それは、また後で書きますが。。。
こちらのお店は、お酒・料理共にレベルの高いお店です♪
お店は、千歳烏山駅の西口の南から歩いて１分以内の所にあります。
外観は、カフェを想像させるようなウッド調な感じ。
ここ飲み屋さん？
と、初めは思うかもしれないですね＾＾；
料理は、日向地鶏を使った串焼きや鶏料理全般。
あと、魚料理もその日により新鮮な物を提供してくれます。
お酒と焼酎も店長が厳選した物を提供してくれています。
結構レアなものが格安で飲めるのもオススメのポイント。
美味しい料理に美味しいお酒で満足すること間違いなし！
カウンターもあるので、一人で帰りに一杯という楽しみ方もできるお店。

「初垂れ」とは？
蒸留開始後、最初に立ちあがる蒸気を冷却し液体となったものを「初垂」（ハナタレ）と呼びます。
「初垂」はｱﾙｺｰﾙ度数も高く香気成分に富んでいるのが特徴です。
