This is a local soba restaurant near Yoyogi Park that was founded 76 years ago. You can enjoy soba dishes and seasonal dishes from famous soba producing areas all over Japan, mainly from Shinshu, with
... local sake, soba shochu, wine, and 100% agave tequila. Our sommelier will suggest new food pairings, from classics to surprising pairings. We are proud of our dashi. We carefully select Honkared Katsuobushi from Ibusuki Yamagawa, Kagoshima, and the finest Muneta Katsuobushi from Tosashimizu, shaved in-house to enhance the flavor. The summer "Hamo Suki" and autumn/winter "Kamo Nabe" are also excellent.
