代々木八幡宮のすぐ近くにあるお蕎麦屋さん。
こちらの季節によって変わる鍋が気になっていました。
夏はハモ、秋からは鴨と一年通して楽しめそうですが、
今回は9月までのハモを頂きました！
たっぷり肉厚なハモとしっかりとした鰹出汁、そこに薬味のみょうがで軽やかな夏らしい鍋と思いました。
しめは出汁にかき卵が入る、そこにそば。
これも美味しかった。
一品ものも、トマトと胡麻豆腐それぞれこだわっていて美味しかった。
お酒も豊富、上質なテキーラを飲ませてくれる。
店主もお酒に詳しく説明を聞きながら飲むのが楽しい。
美味しいしか言ってないけど、飲みながら美味しいお蕎麦を楽しむには最高のお店でした。
今回は鍋予約しましたが、予約なしでいろいろ注文しても良さそうでした。ごちそうさまでした。
