It's a mystery why Tabelog rating is so low, but I personally think it's the cheapest and most delicious Okinawan home-cooked restaurant in Tokyo. My family used to visit Okinawa often, and we lived in the northern part for several months. Since I lived there for a while, I went to many restaurants that serve Okinawan Cuisine, both delicious and not-so-good.I went to several Okinawan Cuisine restaurants in Tokyo, but none of them matched my tastes. Speaking of which, there were some delicious places around Yotsuya, but they were expensive. There are a lot of bad Okinawan Cuisine restaurants in Naha city that cater to tourists, so people tend to think that Okinawan Cuisine itself has low potential, but from Naha... If you go far away, there are definitely delicious restaurants. The ones named after animals are really delicious.Rafute, which is stewed with pork skin, is so delicious that I sometimes find myself craving it, but in Tokyo. I was having a hard time finding proper Rafute.I used to make it myself in Okinawa, but in Tokyo I can't get pork belly chunks with skin (and hair)...So, Ayapani is here. I just stumbled upon it by chance, but I ended up with some really delicious Rafute. By the way, the Rafute that I don't think is delicious is: 1. It smells like pork (or the ginger used to eliminate the odor is too strong, so it smells like ginger). 2. It's unnecessary because it takes a lot of effort. ③ It's mushy with fat, it's just pork belly without skin, ④ It's too flavorful (mainly too sweet) ⑤ It's too tough, but Mr. Ayapani cleared all of them. Ah, this 10 pieces of Rafute. I want to eat it... I'm sure you'll think the same thing once you take a bite lol Champuru and other dishes are light and delicious.Usually, using a lot of oil for frying makes it rich and delicious, but here we don't rely too much on oil. Apparently, I don't feel hungry at all after eating. You can also take it home, so it might be fun to eat it at Yoyogi Park on a sunny day!
