久しぶりに行きました！
ランチはお弁当もやっていますが店内でも食べられます。
ずっと値上げしてない3品700円のランチを店内で食べました。
★3品ランチ 700円
こちらはお弁当にしてテイクアウトもできます。
お米は白米か玄米か選べます。
3品からは、ラフテー、鶏肉のチャンプルー、昆布の炒め煮を選びました。
他にはゴーヤのトマト煮、他2品ぐらいありました。
1プレートにその場でよそっていただきました。めちゃくちゃ早い。
ラフテーは甘辛くて柔らかくて美味しい！
鶏肉チャンプルーも昆布の炒め煮も優しい味！これは野菜もたっぷりだしヘルシー！
これだけで足りるかなぁ？と思いましたが、なかなかお腹いっぱいになりました。
他にはソーキそば800円などのメニューもあり、ソーキそばの注文している人も多かったです。
この3品セット2015年から価格変わらずやっているのはスゴイ！夜も何回か行きましたが、どの料理も美味しかったですよ。
