希少な『天草大王』を約1週間熟成させて使用‼︎
通常は“お任せストップ制”なんだけれど、量に自信がなかったので...
開幕のささみのふわふわ感に感動。
2本目のねぎまはパリッパリの皮が巻かれているスタイルで、食感も楽しく最高。。
お野菜も美味しかったです。またお邪魔させていただきます！
