昨年11月にOPENした代々木の「鳥松」へ行ってきました。
代々木駅から徒歩で5分ほど、落ち着いた場所にあり、店構えも素敵な入口でした。
焼鳥は旨味があってかなり美味しいですね。希少な地鶏の天草大王の鳥肉は身がしっかりしていて旨味があり、とても美味しいです。
ここはおまかせ制で、ストップするまで色々な焼鳥が出てきます。こう言うシステムは嬉しいですね。
毎日手捌きして熟成させてる肉は、塩加減と火入れも抜群でした。
ナチュールワインも豊富だし通いたくなる焼鳥店。
美味しかったです、また来ます。
