大きなコの字のカウンターとゆったり6人掛けのテーブル。清潔感と高級感があります。
突き出しにお腹を温める鳥スープと、食欲を刺激するキンカンと海老芋です。
キンカンってみかんのキンカンかと思って口に入れたら濃厚な黄身がとろーり。そうですよね。焼き鳥屋ですもんね。
ササミわさびから始まるコースです。次第に串入れが混雑して来るんですが、焼立てで、時にパリッと、時にじゅわっと、時に濃厚で永遠に食べられそうです。
ストップなんてできません。
ワインと楽しめば、この1年一緒に苦労した仲間も顔が綻びます。
プロが捌いて、串打ちして、焼いた焼鳥はどうしてこんなに幸せにしてくれるんだろう。
