絶滅して復元された「天草大王」って幻の地鶏の熟成焼き鳥と厳選野菜串が美味しいお店◎
味付けも普通の塩やタレだけじゃなくて、山椒オイルや自家製調味料使ってるの
ワインに合う焼き鳥って事前情報からワインリスト見せてもらったらオレンジワインあるー❤️
くるみネギ間？って初めて食べた！鶏の旨味と焼いたネギの香ばしい香りが最高に美味しかった✨
ハツは藁の匂いがふわっと香って黒胡椒が良い感じ✨柔らかくてプリプリ。
砂肝は山椒が効いてた！砂肝に山椒って組み合わせも初めてだったけど合うんだね◎
びっくりしたのは大きなしめじ！信じられなくてしめじか確認したんだけど、しめじだった。
〆にはつゆだくな親子丼と最後はデザートなのかな？串に刺したパイナップルが出てきた❤️これ口の中がさっぱりして良い
