「代々木鳥松」さんへ訪問です。
代々木鳥松さんは都内で居酒屋、鮨屋などを展開する"けむりグループ"のお店で2022年11月にオープンした店です。
メインの鶏は熊本地鶏『天草大王』を店内で手捌きし串打ちし5〜7日かけて熟成した
"熟成天草大王の焼鳥"がメインの焼鳥店で
「お任せストップ制」でリーズナブルに味わえるお店でもあります。
店内は銀杏木のコの字カウンター16席にテーブル席有り。鮨屋のような雰囲気の店内です。
熊本県が誇るブランド地鶏「天草大王」
ささみ山葵はミディアムレアに火入れしてしっとりとふんわりの食感。
そして弾力に満ちた手羽先噛む喜びを堪能できます。
そして隣の席のお客様とは出てくる順番もタネも
ランダムなのでワクワクしちゃいます。笑
これだけ食べて飲んで1万円。
この価格帯の焼鳥店ではクオリティも高いですし、予約も取りやすいので使い勝手の良い焼鳥店のひとつてしては良いです。
