魅惑のメニューの数々に悩みましたが、北海道産の天然ブリを使用した『本日の鮮魚のカルパッチョ（1,290円税込）』は抜群！とにかく身が厚い！
塩ベースのシンプルな味付けでブリの甘みがダイレクトに伝わってきました。
他には『宝玉卵のウフマヨ トリュフ風味（550円税込）』も美味。
