この日は、カラフルなセロリ、ターサイ、アスパラ、ビーツ、人参のピクルスでした
手作りのピクルスは、やさしい酸味と野菜の甘さが絶品
じつは、セロリと人参が苦手なんですが、こちらのピクルスなら美味しく食べられました！
エビとアボカドのアンチョビタルタル
こちらのお店の人気メニューなんだとか
エシャロットや低温調理したぷりぷりのエビもごろっとはいっていて、塩加減も抜群です
キレイな色みでアボカドがクリーミィ
こちらも名物的なお料理のひとつ
トリッパ
トマトの酸味と丁寧に下ごしらえしたお肉の甘さが調和
とろとろのやわらかなハチノスが最高ですね！
いままで食べたトリッパの中でもナンバーワンの美味しさでした！
目の前にある人気のパン屋さん365日さんのバゲットもメニューにあり追加
トリッパをのせていただいたのですが、この組み合わせ絶品っ！
〆のデザートを楽しみにしていたのですが、お腹がいっぱいになってしまったので
食後にコーヒーをオーダーです
食べたあとにコーヒーが欲しくて、カフェを探してしまうこともあるので、食後に美味しいコーヒーがいただけるのはとても嬉しいですね
早い時間帯だと、ワインが390円で飲めちゃうハッピーアワーもやっているみたい
ランチタイムにはカレーやステーキ、パスタなどお手頃だったので、再訪決定です
