オシャレなビストロで始めるディナー
店内はカジュアルな雰囲気で、木の温もりを感じられる空間です。テーブルの間隔も広めで、ゆったりと食事を楽しめます。
まずは、ノンアルコールのスパークリングワイン「ジュ・ド・ボム ペティアン・ルージュ」で乾杯！華やかな見た目と程よい酸味が、ディナーの始まりにぴったりです。
小皿料理タイム
フォカッチャは、外はカリッと、中はふんわりとしていて、オリーブオイルの香りが食欲をそそります。ムール貝ワイン蒸しは、ムール貝がたっぷり入って、ワインの風味が効いていて、とても美味しいです。
続いて、牡蠣のアヒージョとクワトロチーズグラタンを注文しました。
牡蠣のアヒージョは、ぷりぷりの牡蠣がニンニクとオリーブオイルに浸かっていて、バゲットにつけて食べると至福の美味しさです。クワトロチーズグラタンは、チーズがたっぷり入って、濃厚な味わいです。
メインは、水牛モッツァレラと揚げ茄子のスパゲティと中村牛 フィレを選びました。
水牛モッツァレラと揚げ茄子のスパゲティは、水牛モッツァレラの濃厚な味わいと、揚げ茄子の香ばしさが絶妙なバランスです。中村牛 フィレは、柔らかく、ジューシーで、肉の旨味が口いっぱいに広がります。
