週末の夜に2名で訪問しました。
ほぼ予約で満席の大人気ビストロ！
有名パン屋さん365日の向かいにお店があります。
店員さんの接客も
店内の雰囲気もすべてが心地よく、
デートや女子会で利用したいお気に入り店になりました。
店員さんにオススメを聞きながら、
アラカルトで頼んでシェアして食べました。
まずはお通しにニョッコフリットが登場。
イタリアのエミリア地方の揚げパンで、
レストランでは生ハムやサラミを頼むと
必ず付いてくるとか。
表面はカリッと、中はふんわりと軽い食感で
中が空洞になっています。
粉チーズと合わせると最高！！
ちょうどこの時期の限定メニューは
苺を使ったものが多く見た目も華やか！
和歌山のまりひめ苺を使った
生ハムに甘〜い苺と
ふんわり豆腐マスカルポーネチーズが
巻かれた見た目も可愛い前菜。
スイーツのようなおしゃれな前菜を楽しみました。
フレッシュなブラータチーズと
苺の組み合わせも
間違いない美味しさです。

トリッパとごろ肉のトマト煮込みと
淡路島玉ねぎの丸ごとローストも
美味しくて幸せ気分になれました。
とくにトリッパは最高でした。

Tacuboの田窪シェフが監修しているそう
甘さ抑えめのほろ苦感もありつつ、
